This is a bathroom/studio addition built on to the back of an existing house in Nashville, Tennessee.
I bought a small house in Sylvan Park with the intention of adding a second bathroom and a studio space for me to work. I used the foundation and walls from an existing sunroom off the back bedroom. I added an open walk-in closet and master bathroom downstairs with a studio loft upstairs to be used as my office.
