This design is for a spec house to be built on the same lot as the Chevron House.
This design incorporates all of the builder's requirements such as: a double heighted space in the living area, a large glass garage door in the living area that opens onto a large deck and has views of downtown, bedrooms upstairs with views of downtown from the master, and utilizing space by building on top of the garage.
